Shipping and Delivery
All items are shipped either by UPS Ground Service or Freight Carrier. We use the most efficient and cost-effective means for you. Standard delivery charges vary on every order. Please note any special handling or delivery needs at the time of order so the most precise quote is given. Standard delivery is the carrier delivering the product to the tailgate of the truck. You are responsible for offloading. Arrangements can be made for inside delivery, residential delivery and non-dock delivery at an additional charge.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for payment. If you prefer to be billed on open account, and do not have an existing account with our company, we will process your credit application in 7-10 working days. All open account terms are Net 30 Days.

Return Policy and Procedure
Product may be returned within 30 days of our invoice date for full credit of merchandise and sales tax. Confirmation and duplicate orders are the buyer's responsibility. All returns must be shipped prepaid, be in in its original packaging, and must be in resalable condition. All returns are subject to our inspection. Issuance of credit or refund is only after our acceptance of the inspection report. Allow up to 30 days for processing. Products not returned within the 30 day period may not be returned without prior approval and is subject to a restocking charge if and when approval is given.

Cancellation Policy
There is no charge for cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all freight related costs to and from your location since we cannot stop shipments in transit.

Damaged Shipments
All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment by freight carrier. Buyer should inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note damage or shortage before signing and accepting delivery (freight companies will not accept claims when damage is not noted on freight bill). Discount Material Handling is not liable for any shipments signed for when damage or shortages are not noted on the freight bill.
