All items are shipped either by UPS Ground Service or Freight Carrier, we use the most efficient and cost-effective means for you.
What is included in standard delivery charges?
Standard delivery charges vary on every order. Please note any special handling or delivery needs at the time of order so the most precise quote is given. Standard delivery is the carrier delivering the product to the tailgate of the truck. You are responsible for offloading. Arrangements can be made for inside delivery, residential delivery and non-dock delivery at an additional charge.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 5-10 working days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with shipping information (item, quantity, shipping address, carrier and tracking number).
What happens after I place an order?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon acceptance of the order detailing all charges for products, freight and applicable sales taxes. Please verify this information and contact us if there are any changes to the order.

Yes, discounts range from 2~6% depending on the total cost of product you are purchasing.
